Payment Policy:
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders and Personal Checks. There will be a $30.00 fine for any checks returned for insufficient funds. We also reserve the right to decline acceptance of checks due to prior returned checks. For special orders and needlepoint finishing, we require a 50% deposit.
Return Policy
Painted canvases may be returned within 10 calendar days, provided that they are in the same condition as when they were sold. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to canvas conditions.
Fibers, cut blank canvases, accessories, and book sales are final.
All sale and clearance items are final sales.
Custom canvases require a 50% non-refundable deposit and cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
If you choose, you may register your e.mail address with Beehive NeedleArts. Beehive NeedleArts will use the registered addresses to communicate directly with the addressee. We will only use the registered addresses to communicate business-related news from Beehive NeedleArts. The registered addresses will not be sold or shared in any fashion with any other entity, either private or public, unless required by law. If at anytime you would like to be removed from our e.mail list or mailing list we will happily accommodate your request.
